Job Posting: Global Executive MBA Program Coordinator, University of Minnesota

The Carlson School of Management's Office of International Programs, which is in a period of strategic growth, is looking to hire for a new position, the Global Executive MBA Program Coordinator.

The Office of International Programs (IP) develops and leads the School's international strategy and program portfolio. These efforts include all study abroad activities for both undergraduate and graduate students, including Global Immersion (GI) semester abroad exchanges and short-term Global Enrichment (GE) programs.

Additionally, IP develops and manages the delivery of high quality and relevant Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) degree programs with partner institutions in Austria, China, and Poland. IP also designs and delivers residency programs for Executive, Full-time, and Part-time MBA students from the Carlson School's international partner institutions; promotes international and interdisciplinary research for its faculty through the facilitation of international research and travel grants; and promotes the global identity of the Carlson brand by engaging the School's alumni and corporate partners in its international program activities.

This position is responsible for the planning and coordination of day-to-day administration of the Global Executive MBA programs. In this capacity, the Program Coordinator is key to the successful implementation of the Global Executive MBA programs offered in partnership with educational institutions abroad.

This position schedules and oversees the flow of CSOM professors teaching overseas, maintains regular communication with host institution program staff, and is responsible for budgeting and monitoring of program income and expenditures and making recommendations for future planning.

The Program Coordinator coordinates with the planning and implementation of international residency programs, serving mid- to high-level MBA students across multiple school partnerships. The Program Coordinator is a key point of contact for Global Executive MBA partner school staff and students and plays an important role in the logistics and administration of Global Executive MBA initiatives.
