New Brunswick surprised me. When we drove through, on our Epic Canadian Road Trip from Kalamazoo to Newfoundland, we went fast. Coming back, we took our time - and fell in love. This is a province that should be on everyone's to-visit list. It's beautiful, full of culture and art and friendly people, showcases amazing, fresh food, and the scenery - well, this is one part of the world I will return to again and again.
