Capri is a gorgeous island near Sorrento, Italy. Taking the boat there is a trip in itself. The cool spray breeze make it a good idea to bring a jacket, even in the warm weather.

 

 

The rocky island rising up in the distance is majestic.

 

 

Make sure to stop by the blue grotto on the way, if possible. The startlingly blue water seems to glow in the dark cave. Some gondoliers even sing during the little trip, voices echoing. Just be sure to duck when you enter through the tiny hole!

 

 

 

 

 

The island itself has plenty of places to explore.
