Unique Cosplays at Grand Rapids Comic Con
This past weekend was the long-awaited annual Grand Rapids Comic Con. Held at Devos Place, a soaring, light-filled conference center, there was plenty of room to wander...and ask people for photos!
Here are some of the most unique cosplays we discovered...
Hook (two of them!) and Tick Tock the Crocodile
Scarecrow! Winner of this year's Cosplay Contest for Best Female Cosplay, last year's Best in Show, and one of our featured artists (she's amazing!)
Michael Myers (Halloween), who snuck up on people, and stared down creepily at the crowd (picking his next victim?)
Robin Hood and Maid Marian
Hook having a difficult time with the elevator button...
Wizarding World of Harry Potter represented!
Steampunk!
Glinda (and Toto)
The whole crew from Howl's Moving Castle (even Calcifer...)
Wirt and Greg from Over the Garden Wall
Ben Gates from National Treasure (I absolutely loved this cosplay!)
Rocking out with KISS
The Asgard Royal Family: Odin, Hela, Thor, and Loki (even Odin's ravens, Huginn and Muninn!)
Jareth the Goblin King, Labyrinth
Ursula and Prince Eric, Little Mermaid

Here are our favorite literary cosplays from 2017 GRCC.
