This is my first posting from Rome! So much has happened in two short weeks, I can’t even begin to explain it all! The semester has started, which means we have to go to class every week. Even though we are studying abroad, we always seem to forget that we aren’t on a six-week vacation.

In just under two weeks, I will be on an airplane on my way to Rome! I remember when my friends and I were counting down from 120 days. I can’t believe this semester has gone so fast!

Since my last posting, we have finished a few more things in preparation for our trip.

For my first post as Students Studying Abroad Editor, I want to tell you more about myself and what you can expect from my future posts. I’m a junior at Temple University in Philadelphia. My major is Strategic and Organizational Communication, with a concentration in Public Relations.
