The IEC will provide faculty, advisors, education abroad staff and other
administrators a forum for dialog about challenging issues in study
abroad.  The week will include elements such as:

*       Panel presentations bringing together participants and Danish
faculty & staff to discuss the global economic crisis, sustainability,
immigration & research in study abroad, volunteering & service learning,
safety & crisis management, study abroad in public health, etc.
*       DIS courses & field studies, programs & pedagogy, study tours,
housing & student services, adventure trips, sports & cultural immersion

*       DIS curriculum review & development
*       Partnership program models & visiting faculty opportunities
*       Live with a host family, in a kollegium, hotel or rented room
*       Learn to "read the city" of Copenhagen, get to know Danish
society
