Lake Wales Arts Council Inc. Announces Lake Wales Chorale & Youth Chorale Concert on April 24, 2009

Lake Wales, FL - The Lake Wales Arts Council, Inc. invites you to an Evening with the French Masters performed by the Lake Wales Chorale and the Lake Wales Youth Chorale, under the direction of Dr. Gabriel C. Statom. The performance will begin at 7:30 pm and will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales.

The performance will include music by great French composers such as Gabriel Faure and Claude Debussy.  It will feature Maurice Durufle’s Requiem, and, in addition, local soprano Christie Bell singing various arias from beloved French operas.

Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members. To reserve tickets, please call the Lake Wales Arts Center during box office hours, Tuesday through Friday, 1 to 4 p.m.  Tickets will also be available at the door.  This performance is made possible by the generosity of Mr. & Mrs. Alan F.
