The salty water rushes over your bare toes.  The sand encloses around your feet, as they sink further into the mushy sand.  Thirty minutes by boat, you arrive to a tiny island off the coast of Bocas Del Toro, Panama.  As far as you can see, water.  You’re surrounded by bold colors, a salty smell, and the sound of waves crashing gently on the driftwood. 

This undeveloped island was once featured on a season of Survivor.  Despite the island being undeveloped, it still provides an endless amount of activities.  Explore the underwater world at this island.  Vibrant colors of coral are scattered throughout the mysterious bottom of the ocean.  Along with various types of coral are a plethora of starfish and other sea creatures.

If snorkeling isn’t your forte, you might like looking for sea shells on the island, in the sun.  This island has beautiful, unique shells.  The beach is teeming with seashells.  Along with collecting perfect seashells, this island offers the perfect waves for surfing, including a great beginners surf.  Foam-covered waves topple over each other and then slide back into sea, making the ideal waves for surfing. The transparent blue ocean water gathers surfers from around to try out the waves.

This island off the coast of Bocas Del Toro is perfect for everyone.  It is easily accessible, providing tons of activities for the whole family.
