My name is Barbara and I'm a single mom of two. I am Italian, I live in a beautiful place called Iseo in the north of Italy, but I have a big amazing American family!

As most of Italians, I took my first steps in a kitchen when I was a child with mom and nonna, but consciousness and real passion in cooking came out when I became a mother and realized I had the responsibility to grow a life and the need to do it in the best and healthiest way possible.

I'm not a chef (I got a pastry certification though), my kitchen is simple, fast, creative, and emotional, starting from traditional Italian cuisine, going through a personal touch to end with results that meet the tastes of my family and friends.
