The final installment in the major Fantasyland expansion, the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, a mild coaster that takes you through the story of the Seven Dwarfs, is highly anticipated and has great expectations attached to it. Portugal had long been on my list to visit for many years, but somehow despite living in Europe for over seven years, I never managed to make it over there. I have heard so many great things about Lisbon that I knew I had to make it happen, so last year my boyfriend and I decided it was time to book our tickets.

Mountains, camping, hiking, sand dunes, hot springs, history—Colorado has it all! A must visit for every extreme sports fanatic, nature lover, and the one who loves to just sit and enjoy themselves in a heavenly natural hot springs, there are endless reasons to travel to Colorado.

In May 2010, my family and I went to Nepal for a month. Over the course of that month, we traveled all across Nepal, but the highlight—for me, anyways—was trekking in the beautiful Khumbu region.

I’m always looking for unique ways to explore destinations I love. I remember reading a book in college (for fun, not for class), on cruising down the Seine on a houseboat. Now the drawback, as I remember, was dealing with the boat and all the details of living on it (cooking, showers, etc.).

Disneyland Paris is a must-see if you’re a Disney fan (and who isn’t?). There are two parks at Disneyland Paris – Disneyland Park, and Walt Disney Studios Park. You will want at least one day for each park. If you have more than two days, spend the extra day(s) at Disneyland Park.  You can get tickets to Disneyland Paris, which can include transportation from Paris, shuttles, and free-roaming between the two parks.

Monday 29th April

Arriving from Australia into Heathrow early on a Monday morning, my partner Alison and I recovered our luggage and made our way towards the immigration and customs areas. Though we should have been tired after a seven hour flight from Dubai preceded by an eleven hour flight from Australia, we were in fact elated and full of energy. We exited the Airbus A380, and made our way to the baggage collection area.

Travel can be a great treasure. It allows you to see amazing sights around the world, learn new languages, and explore different cultures. By traveling, you get to meet new people and form lifelong friendships.
